Modal pop up extender not working

Dear Experts

I am using modal pop up extender in my web application. I have deployed ajax control tool kit dll(latest version) in gac and using same.

It is working fine when i am popping extender Continuously 2 or 3 times..but after then it is not displaying..

I am not getting reason.please help
