modal dialog box

Question

Hi,

I have created a modal dialog box in asp.net.I have given the form name as 'My Modal box' .It is showing like this

My Modal box - web page dialog

I dont want the 'web page dialog ' to be displayed.what to do?also can we have a different image instead of internet explorer image.
