Mobile With C#

daer all... i'm a new comer with C#, but i want to build a mobile application. does any body can tell me, where do i can start ? what software needed ? where i can find a good references to learn it ? i have .Net installed on my PC, but when there is no Mobile Web Application template. Is there some thing missed with it ? please help..... best regards....
