Mobile Web App Developer Contest at Mobile Developer Summit 2010

Contest Winners will Demo their Apps on the MODS Stage
Mobile has become a hotebed for innovation. As the ecosystem pushes the pedal to transition to a mobile-centric computing world, developers find a greater need to distribute their products and services via mobile platforms, whether they are pursuing projects on behalf of their companies or innovating on their own. Saltmarch Media has announced the App Pitch contest in support of new ideas emanating from the Indian mobile developer ecosystem. App Pitch offers you a chance at glory, fame and the potential to meet the people that can take your app to the next level.
The deadline for submissions is 15 October 2010. The 'App Pitch' contest will culminate at Mobile Developer Summit 2010 to be held at the Nimhans Convention Center, Bangalore, India, on 10 November 2010.
How to Apply?
Post a one paragraph pitch for your app, and the link to your app's web site and your Twitter page. The app must be live in a mobile app store and be available for download. Submit your pitch here: www.mobiledevelopersummit.com/contest.html
25 pitches will be shortlisted from amongst the submissions and announced from mobiledevelopersummit.com on Friday, October 22 2010. The top 6 applicants will receive full event passes to Mobile Developer Summit 2010 and have the unique opportunity to pitch their app in front of 1000+ developers, tech industry executives and investors.
