mobile smartphone web server

Question

Hi my name is George, i am currently looking into mobile web servers and dont know alot about this. If anyone out there can tell me how i can set up my own server and the hard wear needed. If you can help, i would be most pleased.... How many of you out there are paying to much for you mobile calls, mobile web access. this could give you calls, video calls and web access from anywear in the world for one fixed monthly bill. I need information on the server unit needed to run this and the heardwear. This is needed for some basic and advanced research local and then world wide. any help would be greatfully received.
