MNC(Brand Name) vs Small Company?

Question

I'm fresher. am placed in infosys through campus for systems engineer profile ( s/w dev ) . .also . i hav secured a job in a SMALL IT company for business analyst profile . . I am not too comfortable with programming . what should i go with ? Infosys (BRAND-NAME) vs. Small Company(Interest) . .? PS- I am an future MBA aspirant .
