mini cart plugin

i have installed mini cart plugin and i have included the script code within <body>  as 
<script src="minicart.min.js" type="text/javascript" ></script>
<script type="text/javascript" >
paypal.minicart.render();
</script>
but when i run the .aspx page it is not showing any result.
Help is needed desperately.Thank You!
