Migrate NW with status...

Question

Thru database backup and restore I have migrated the nintex and designer workflow from SP2013 to SP2016....but before go live I want to Migrate one more time all Workflow with all status as incremental or something... motto is bringing uptodate Workflow data to the new environment... What is the best way to do? 2. I have done the content db migration from sp2013 to the SP2016 thru backup and restore.... before go live i want to do final incremental migration to get the up-to-date data... what is the best way to do? Appreciate your help on this.
