migrate data from one database to another.

Question

We have a large and complex database. If we use this database for reporting, reporting process become very slow.

 

I want to create a new database for reports and want remove relations and merge some table to make it simple and to make report process fast.

 

For all above I need to migrate my data from real DB to report DB, can you please suggest some good way for this.
