Microsoft Web Browser - Strange Behavior!!! - Reply - Very Critical and Urgent

Dear .NET Gurus,

When i add Microsoft Web Browser Control(from Add/Remove items of toolbox, from COM Components ) and use inside my EXE , the URL doesn't pop inside the
web-window (ie. axWebBrowser), it simply displays a wait cursor (wait icon).

But if i run the code in a separate test project the
axWebBrowser pops-up  (ie. displays the URL).
Above all is with regard to .NET 1.1 Framework.

Pls. help me with your spectacular thoughts.
