Microsoft SQL Management Studio Package failed to load

Question

Package 'Microsoft SQL Management Studio Package' failed to load

 I encountered this error while setting up a new machine. I have VS SQL 2008 R2 with SP1. I tried to re-install Sql Management Studio 2008 R2 and Sql Server 2008 R2 but to no worked.

 

I rename and delete the Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools but i can't open SSMS.exe

 

Any idea? Thanks.
