Microsoft .NET Framework error.

Question

When I run my application (non-installed) this comunicate show : Microsoft .NET Framework Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you klick Quit, the application will close immediately. Access denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)). 

Under this there are 3 buttons : Details, Continue and Quit.
