What is use of Microsoft Enterprise Library

I recently got a project which is developed in ASP and in the project they use

Microsoft Enterprise Library for validations and License Generate Purpose.

I am new to the Microsoft Enterprise Library . Please suggest me which Sites are good to learn Enterprise library quickly..
