microsoft certification(exam code 98361)

Our institute wants to provide a microsoft certification(exam code 98361) to our students.

but the fees is around 3500 per each student. We have almost 60 students so is there any option for us to get some concession.

I heard that MVP's & Microsoft certified partners has the ability to conduct a exam on less amount of fee. please help me.
