Microsoft certification

Question

Hey folks,

 

I am .Net developer having with 3 years of experience. Currently, I am working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 development. I earned 6-month experience only in MS CRM 365 and fallen love with MS CRM development. My question is, 

 

1. shall I continue with MS CRM development?

2. Having a plan to do MS CRM MB2-716(Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration), am I taking the right decision?

3. will I get a job opportunity if I will earn Microsoft certification in dynamics CRM 365?

4. If I am not earning CRM certification and having only 6-month experience in MS CRM development. Will I get a job with minimum experience? 

5. does MS CRM dynamics developer is demand in a market? 

6. what is the difference between Microsoft office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365?
