Microsoft Bot Framework using Python

Question

Hello Team,

Im a beginner in trying to develop a chatbot using Microsoft Bot Framework using Python.

I'm trying to develop a Chat Bot (Echo Bot) using Microsoft Bot Framework using Python.

I followed the instructions laid out by Vinoth Rajendran. His instructions and his video on the same was amazing and the concepts were beautifully explained.

I tried to reciprocate the same but ran into a few issues.

1) The code runs on a random port rather than the alotted port

2) When the code runs on the random port ,i used the port and entered the Bot Emulator settings accordingly.But the Bot doesnt respond.
