Microsoft BOT Application on Visual Studio 2019

Question

Hi All:

i have task  that needs a microsoft Bot application.

How to create a bot on vs 2019 and where to right action code to response to user certain messages

like post him a ticket or refrence number where shall i put this code and in what file .then which type of application should i use to create this from this figure:there is 3 templates >> Core bot,empty bot and echo bot.

 ********* Framework installed *********** bot Emulator installed also 

 

i did search the net for Visual Studio 2019 bot examples and came out empty handed. 

so ineed full details please.
