Microsoft ActiveMovie

I am developing an application where I must have a separate control volume of left and right channels of stereo wave file. 1/ I want to use a Microsoft ActiveMovie ActiveX. 2/ I have two sound card and I want to specify to the ActiveMovie which sound card to play the wave file. How I can manage to do that with this ActiveX ? If no, is there any other ActiveX or solution which can do that?
