Microsites in ASP.NET

Hello Friends,

Can anybody help me about Microsites. Actually i'm going to lead a project in which i've to create microsites dynamically as done in this url
http://www.magicbricks.com/property/faces/jsp/indexc.jsp[^]

and now please click on the banner(s) being displayed here like Luxury Villas of Nancy. Can i create the microsites dynamically.
