Meta data being fetched from some other location

I have hosted a website on Azure app service and then pointed it to a domain, I bought from godaddy. But now when I search for the site online, it shows the meta data of a file that is not in my site.

My guess is that it is form the page being hosted by the previous tenant of the site. How to I get rid of the page ?
