Menu Strip from Dropdown in asp.net

Question

Hello sir ,

 

i want to add Menu Control from tool box and add Category and subcategory from database.

 i have 2 table in database have name Category(id,categoryname) And SubCategory (id,categoyname,subcategory)...

please help me sir the menu ...
