I am developing an application with VS 2005 in c#.net. this system is running long time data uploading process. after the process when i close the application it gives" The instruction at "0x0c175969" referenced memory at "0x0c405800", the memory could not be read. " error message. why is that? i am not quite sure about the memory addresses, but this is the error.
