mdi children problems

Question

Hi, This is similar to: http://216.26.160.137/Forums/AspNetForums20/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=7487 When you maximize an mdi child, it puts Min, Max, and Close buttons on the same level as the MainMenu of the mdi parent. How can I maximize an mdi child, and NOT have those buttons appear?? Thanks!
