MBA or MCA after BCA with GNIIT

Question

I have completed bca from sikkim manipal university distance education, And GNIIT(software engineering diploma of 3 years including 1 year internship) still waiting for internship.... now I want to do mba(i.t) or mca from distance education ....... please suggest which one is better option ... and please suggest best university for distance education
