Master Page -Page Refersh

Question

Hi Folks,

 

I have been working in Master Page Application where we are loading the tabs dynamically using jQuery from xml file. The problem here is when ever I hit any tabs the complete page is getting refreshed rather I want only the content page to be loaded.

I blogged few links and could not achieve it.

 

We are not supposed to use iFrames in our application. 

 

Any help appreciated.
