Master page design

Question

Hiiii iam somu,

     Iam new to ASP.NET  iam trying to design asp.net Master page but problem is i have created sample master page with in master page i was given links to another forms ......

 

 Now problem is click on any form that is showing 404 error ,actually form link is <li><a href="Account/master_login.aspx">Login Form</a></li>, but while debugging the application showing other path in Internet Explore address bar

 i.e., http://localhost:51044/SACL/(S(hwwaxs452hdfmvbxaklnnnhm))/Account/master_login.aspx

Plz anyone can help me
