MAPI Controls

Question

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to add AxMAPI message and session to my windows form.But i am not able to add the items to the tool box.
they are not available in the COM component and .NET component. so i am stuck up how do i add these items to the windows form.
My task is to pop up a compose window from outlook express with the mail content.
