manuaaly adding the edit tab in gridview using mvc4

in this image i'am manually adding the edit tab button but after click the edit tab button it dispaly the bellow manner.because shows the two times in eno and again show the edit tab.

 after clicking the save button update the data.please friends solve it.it's important to me.
