Manage Files in Cloud with Windows Azure

I am student of computer engineering and I intend to develop a solution that enables the management and handling of files from the file server in the cloud with Windows Azure.

I have no idea how to synchronize or available local files in the cloud.

Any ideas ?

Please i need to work my course conclusion.
