Making the Cell in the datagrid Read only

Question

 Hi,

Topic : Windows Forms Datagrid

Problem:

I need to make the particular cell value read only based on the another cell value.

for example if i have 2 columns i want to make the second columns  cell read only  based on the 1'st columns cell value.

Kindly help me .
