Making HELP menu

Question

I really dont know what tool i should use, i want to make just like the solution explorer but with 2 frames. The 1st frame is where the nodes(root/child) and when i click the root/child, an information will appear in the 2nd frame. i dont know how......please help me Thank you in advance :)
