Make a freeze program in C#

I want to make a program that shows a popup message showing a timer, and freezes the windows, all processes... and after the given time, like 10 minutes, it unfreeze the system.

You cannot freeze all windows process. Since it contains some critical process that must run to work windows smoother. However, you can achieve this by taking a form and set it to full screen and keep its TopMost property to true in timer tick event, so user cannot interact with other process. Hipe it helps
