Maintain Checkbox List State when Autopost has done

Question

Hi Experts,

 i am new asp My Problem is i designed webpage like two parts vertically  one part is Div1 is 15% and another part is Div 2 85% , i took one check box list in Div1 and add tables to that checkbox list  working fine second div2 i divided to 3 parts like ids Div2A is 33%,Div2B is 33%, Div2C is 33% divided horizontal. i took one Panel control  to Div2A ,so for working no issues and when i select any one among the tables checkbox list that table contains columns creates to dynamical checkbox list and i select one more that checkbox list also create beside that,when i un select table checkbox items automatically remove here, 

Div2B is grid view  what ever columns means chekboxes selected in Div2A that column name table name  add to grid view row when i un select row also remove from grid . i added some more screen shorts below rar file please find me solution,
