MadLibs

Question

So this is probably super simple, but I'm new to C# - what i need to do is create a Madlib game using C#. An example of this is like this one... http://iam.colum.edu/students/CLaw/port/csharpmadlib/madlib.aspx - and i just don't know where to start - if any one can help - that will be great. Thanks!
