machine.config and web.config

Question

Hi,
     I have created an autocomplete using AutocompleteExtender from AjaxContolToolkit. While doing this httpHandler and HttpModule sections have been added into the web.config file. But in the web server where I host my application they have blocked the httpHandler and HttpModule. So I decided to move both sections to the machine.config. But after moving to machine.config the auto complete doesn't work. Can anybody guide me to proceed with this?
