Looking for tutorials

Question

Im looking for c# tutorials that do not use any kind of ide like visual studio or anything , Im having trouble finding tutorials where you learn to do everything from scratch, i dont want any drag and drop stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance
