looking for popunder script

can anyone help me finding popunder script that works on updated browser.

 

I tried the link "https://www.sitepoint.com/community/t/popunder-that-works-well-for-all-browser/29741" it works but not after updating the browsers (firefox, chrome, IE, ...)
