Looking for free Database for hosting on cloud

Hi,

 

We have On-Premise webforms application (.NET) and database we are using is Oracle.  we want to host this application on cloud (Hostgator or GoDaddy) and we are a start up company and we have budget constraint so we cannot buy oracle license.

which free relational database do you recommend us to use which should be free ?
