Looking for Business Logic to Handle the Sql Query in proj

Hi Team ,

 

I m doing a project where  i what to trasfer lead/Activity of one Emp to other emp(if left the Job).  where i want just change empId of that perticuler LeadID . after this we will tack  the update on that LeadID .

 

 

Looking logic how i will handle this
