Login form using data base

Question

Hi,

 

I am beginner, Please Some one clear my doubt...

 

i am working in visual studio 2010 (windows application with c#) connecting sql server 2008

 

i am doing Login form using data base

 

1.LOGIN FORM 

2.NEW USER FORM (if new user have to enter name,  user id, password & confirm password) 

once they enter REGISTER button the userid and password will save in database table then they will get login form and they can login. otherwise it show error message

 

What my doubt is my data whatever im giving in userid passwrod its getting store in my database but it's not showing my table but the given userid, password is working(getting login without any error message)

 

how it is possible??? i could not find my mistake... Please some body helpme out....
