Local /Server Version MessageBox not Appearing in VS 2010

Sir, I need your help in the following:-

when I open a Project in Visual Studio 2010 via visual source safe, The MessageBox- Local Version/ Sever Version not appearing.

I somehow unticked the checkBox of show this message.

Is there any option in Visual Studio Settings to make this messageBox Display?
