Loan application

Question

Hi All,

I want to create loan application. Total taken loan in Sql Database like a column loan_amt  & interest rate is 5 % . All loan amount should be paid in 2 years. User pay emi monthly a specific date & late fine is 5 rs/month. User can pay the amount in one times.
