loading a entity that has parent and child

Hi

 

I am back after a long time with a new issue again

I am trying to load the databases from an RDBMs (Say MySQL) based on the connection string and the tables that belong to the databases and then the columns of the table 

 

I referred a couple of web sites.  I not sure what method to follow.  I have the result set as follows.  Need help in defining the entity to show the entre data as a treeview.  I use MVC with VS 2015 for development
