Load Report Failed

After running my Crystal Reports I get the following error:

Load Report Failed
Application name: CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine
Method Name: VoidEnsureDocumentIsOpened()

OK

Can anyone shed some light on this. It used to work with Visual Studio 2003 but with 2005 it creates a bunch of files before failing at the end.
