Load items on scroll of asp.net drop down

Question

Hello all I have a drop down where I am having 1000 records, but I would like to show 10 on the inital load and on scroll I would like to load another 10 and so on till 1000. I have seen an example here http://jsfiddle.net/sethuramanP/4pmKf/3/ but it is not showing as drop down. So can some one let me know how can I do this.
