Listbox displaying and stroing data in another listbox

Question

How do you list the information selected on a list box into a label?  I alao need to put the selected information each person selects into another listbox which I can use to calculate the highest, lowest and average hours. Really need this asap.  I must turn it in on Thursday......Thanks
