list indent
Feb 4 2010 4:32 AM
I am working with a word document that has previously defined list indents. I have am changing the Levels to reflect an alpha prefix. However, when I change the ones for Division E to start with E.1.1.1 etc., and also select "apply" this point forward, it defaults back to the "D" prefix from the previous list. In some cases, it even changes all of the previous lists formatting.
I tried to include a diagram but was unsuccessful at linking the jpg or inserting the image.
I am completely at a loss as to why they go back to the D lists. Any idea?
