2010 list control object

I am looking for the following properties on C#. asp.net 2010 web form for the radiobutton list control:

1. header

2. scrollbar.

If either property is not on the radiobutton list control, can you tell me how to add the header and scrollbar feature to the control? Would I use an ajax object and/or asp.net object?
