Library Error In Asp.net web application

Question

Hi All,

 

i m getting an following error in my application asp.net with C# 

 

The type initializer for 'Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.Instrumentation.DataCommandFailedEvent' threw an exception. 

 

I already added reference of Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data dll. also that dll i added in to the bin folder. 

 

I m using windows 10 operating system.  Visual studio 2012.

 

Please help me i stuck on that.
