Level Editor C# with xWinForms

Question

Hello to everyone.... 

I'm a university student and I need some help for creating a videogame Level Editor using the xWinForms Library.

 

 I stuck in one particular matter; when I press a button in the form, I want to add an object to the scene..... I would appreciate any help......
